Log in using the Administrator account, go to Control Panel> My Account> Change your convenience. For Internet Explorer (IE): Open IE> Tools> Internet Options> Content> Changes in the car "Complete". On the General tab> Temporary Internet Files> select Delete Files, Delete Cookies and check the offline content.
